Key duties involve creating personalised support plans, provide  support for individuals.  enabling them to live independently and hopefully with a goal to get a sustainable  support such as maximising  income  benefits and money management skills budgeting  these areas to enable independent.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Key Responsibilities

Finding and Accessing Housing:

Teaching and supporting clients with essential independent living skills like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.

Tenancy Management:

Providing guidance on managing rent, service charges, and general household responsibilities to help clients sustain their accommodation.

Benefit and Rights Advice:

Informing clients about available housing benefits and their rights related to housing and welfare.
